Kay's shuts out JNM Transportation 4-0 behind the tremendous goaltending of center and number one pick overall in the draft, Chris Payette.  Heavily sought after during the draft, Ralph Espillat, proved worthy scoring twice and adding an assist. 

J&J Auto skates past Green Goddess 7-1, led by their sponsor and allstar right wing, John Ruggeiro.  Rookie goalie, Mark Shiavone, would have started his PGA career with a shutout, but for a spectacular pass from Jim Meegan to Brian Beck for the one timer.

Rob Blais made Brian Salley look way way better than he actually is, causing Salley to literally act like a school girl after recording 5 goals and 2 assist in the 10-1 annihilation of James Auto's subbed down team, Pete Meegan subbing for Mark Kosinski.
